As a private yoga instructor based in the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania, I pride myself on personal attention and dedication to every client. My approach is rooted in personalized yoga instruction, ensuring that every session reflects my commitment to helping you achieve inner peace and accomplishment. I am a RYT® 500 Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and fully insured through Alliant. I look forward to sharing this journey with you!
